  • ANDREA O’MEARA

Andrea first fell in love with Pilates 18 years ago after the birth of her 4th child. She was intrigued by Pilates ability to help improve muscle strength and endurance, mobility, stability and coordination. After suffering a hip injury while playing tennis, Andrea experienced the incredible restorative and rehabilitative nature of a consistent pilates practice. Inspired to learn everything about Pilates, she completed the Club Pilates 500 Hour Comprehensive Instructor Certification Program in Mat, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac and Ladder Barrel. Additionally, Andrea holds a certificate in Tower and Cadillac from Balanced Body, and is CPR and AED certified.

In her free time, Andrea enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with her husband, 4 children, and 2 fluffy Shih tzus.
